The marzipan roses should be stored dry and at an appropriate temperature!
The marzipan can become hard through storage. You can counteract this factor by placing the closed box in the refrigerator overnight before use!
When using the roses on cream cakes etc., you should put a layer of chocolate on the underside of the roses as a separating agent, otherwise the roses will absorb the moisture and give off the color to the cake.
